Charmander (Obsidian Flames ETB)
The sleeve depicts Charmander standing, facing and smiling, with the orange body that fills much of the image and the characteristic flame on the tip of the tail to the right. The character is made as flat orange illustration on a red background laminated with darker red flame silhouettes. It is the accessory included in the Pokémon TCG Scarlet & Violet Obsidian Flames Elite Trainer Box, whose themed Pokémon is Charmander. The Elite Trainer Box also contained a full art promo card from Charmander, which connects the sleeve design to that product. The Obsidian Flames set and its Elite Trainer Box were released on 11 August 2023 on the English-language market. The sleeves were supplied in a package of 65 pieces inside the Elite Trainer Box and not sold separately; the connected market insert offers single sleeves extracted from that package.
