Sleeve from the turquoise edge, with a frame adorned with shells, volutes and hearts on a white background shaded with green water. In the center Primarina dances with the face facing upwards: it brings a shell crown with rainbow rings, pearl necklaces, a scarf with yellow and green reflections and a purple skirt, while the blue tail from siren stretches down. On the upper left a blue Frillish with a small crown, on the lower right a pink Frillish with closed eyes and smiling; purple musical notes punctuate the scene. On the lower left side the choral color "Oceanic Operetta" and, below, "Pokémon Card Game". One of the four designs of the Oceanic Operetta line of the Japanese Pokémon Centers, released on July 6, 2019, in a pack of 64 sachets.
