Sleeve in a comic style on a shaded blue background, with a blue frame. In the upper Magikarp, red with the crest and the yellow mustache, jumps out of the water with the pink mouth wide open and a big round eye, between sketches and white drops. On the lower left, Wailord, tiny in comparison, floats on the water's hair with the blue-violet body and throws a jet from the vent, surrounded by black-line rays. On the lower left the word "POKÉMON CARD GAME" and on the right the yellow and black label "TAG TEAM GX". It is part of the Tag Team GX line, released on December 7, 2018 in the Pokémon Centers and in the Japanese Pokémon Stores, packed with 64 sachets.
