Sleeve with Mewtwo in combat pose, with an arm stretched forward towards those who look and the long sinuous tail: the body is gray-liddle with the dark purple belly and purple eyes. In the background there is a whirlwind of psychic energy purple and white. The frame is black and on the lower left is read «Pokémon Card Game». Second version ('ver.2') released on November 22, 2018 in the Pokémon Centers and in the Japanese Pokémon Stores with the black frame instead of the first one, in a package of 64 sachets.
