Sleeve with Pikachu disguised as Mario, full picture in the center on a red background crossed by diagonal stripes and enclosed by a yellow edge. Pikachu wears the red hat with the red "M" on a white circle, from which the ears appear, the black mustache, the red shirt, the blue salopette with yellow buttons, white gloves and brown shoes; behind him you can see the sac. The multicoloured "MARIO PIKACHU" and the "Pokémon Card Game" logo are displayed below. Contended in Mario Pikachu's Special BOX of the XY BREAK series, released on October 29, 2016 in the Japanese Pokémon Center and on the Pokémon Center Online along with that of Luigi Pikachu: the 64 bag pack (60 cards plus 4 spare) was accompanied by two promotional cards, a deck door and a card box.
