Sleeve with a brushed dark metallic bottom, crossed by blue saettes radiating from the center and a blue cobalt horizontal band. At the center the emblem of the Plasma Team: a large blue stylized "P" on a shield divided into white and black quadrants, with the chromed edge. On the lower left, in clear letters, the word "Pokémon Card Game". The edge is black. It is part of the Official Deck Shield line, released on March 18, 2011 and sold in the Japanese Pokémon Centers, in a box of 32 sachets.
